The 33-time Portugal international has completed a short-term switch to the Gunners, where he will stay until the end of the campaign.

Ralph Hasenhuttl, who said Cedric had “surprised” him with his performances earlier this month, has already secured a replacement for the 28-year-old in Kyle Walker-Peters.
The fellow right-back has also made a move until the end of the season. Although he may be inexperienced – he has made just 12 appearances during his career in the Premier League – the five assists he has provided during that time indicates that he can provide attacking threat.
It remains to be seen whether he can replace the Portuguese at the back.
